Return Policy is Not Applicable for Customized Pieces.
We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return your jewelry, please make sure all items are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, starting from the day your order is marked as received.
For Finished Jewelries or DIY items
Please ensure all jewelry and free gifts are securely packaged in their original packaging when returned. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the jewelry to confirm they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: Customized jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Certificate charges are non-refundable in all cases.
If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within one week. The original delivery fee (usually $15 for US orders) and PayPal/Stripe transaction fees (5%) will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are sent to our address in China-just ask us for the details if you need them. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are used, damaged, broken, or not in their original state.

If I received my package and I don't like some of the items, can I return only the ones I don't like?
Yes, of course! You may return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your packaged, as long as they are unworn, unaltered, undamaged and in their original condition.
Additional Note:
If you order two or more pieces at once and keep at least one item with a total order value of $99 or more, we’ll cover the original delivery fee. It's your responsibility for the return shipping fee.
If I cancel my orders before delivery, can I get a full refund?
If you cancel your orders within a few hours of payment and before it has been shipped, you will receive a refund minus the transaction fees charged by PayPal or Stripe (usually around 5%, depending on their policies).
What should I do if my package arrives broken?
Take a continuous video of the unopened package as soon as you receive it-record the full process of opening it.
If you find any jewelry damaged inside, send the video to us immediately. We’ll review your case and work with the delivery company to resolve it.
For valuable jewelry, we recommend always recording a full, unedited video when opening your package, even if it looks intact.
Please note: If your video does not show the original, unopened package being opened in one take, we may not be able to assist or file a claim with the delivery company.
If I cancel my orders with a certificate request before delivery, can I get a full refund?
The certificate fee is non-refundable unless you cancel your certificate orders within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, the certificate fees cannot be refunded.
Additionally, transaction fees charged by PayPal or Stripe will be deducted from your total order amount and are always the customer’s responsibility.
What if I haven't received my package in 20 days?
In this case, please check the tracking number we sent to you via WhatsApp or email. Contact the delivery company for an update if necessary.
If package appears lost, please contact us directly. We will file a claim with the delivery company and you can choose another jewelry with the same price or ask for a refund.
If delivered to wrong address, please verify the shipping address you provided. we cannot make any compensation if address was entered incorrectly.
If I returned all the jewelry pieces I ordered, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can receive a refund if you return all the jewelry pieces you ordered.
Once we receive and inspect the items( in original condition and securely packaged in original packaging) , we will process your refund. Please note that the delivery fee and PayPal or Stripe transaction fees( normally 5%) will be deducted from your refund.
Why can't you return all my money?
If you decide not to return the jewelry, we cover the transaction fees ourselves. For orders over $50, we also offer free shipping. Our jadeite jade jewelry is priced very competitively based on high quality, leaving almost no profit margin—this is rare in the jewelry industry, which is known for high markups. That’s why we clearly specify which fees are your responsibility and which we cover. We aim to be an honest and trustworthy business, building relationships based on transparency. You can also request videos of jewelry pieces via WhatsApp to help you make informed decisions and avoid extra fees.
