Can I customize my jewelry?

Absolutely! You can create custom pieces by selecting loose stones for your desired jewelry. Just consult our designer and begin your jadeite journey!

we provide tracking numbers after dispatch, usually in 12 hours after payment for finished jewelry and DIY items with pre-issued certificates.

For Customized items, it usually takes a couple of days before delivery. For details, please consult with your designer.
